Refund Policy
Welcome to Brakes & Rotors LLC (“Brakes & Rotors,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, cancellations, service adjustments, and refunds are handled for appointments, parts, and automotive services booked through [www.brakesrotorsllc.com](http://www.brakesrotorsllc.com) or directly with our team.
By scheduling service, approving work, purchasing parts, or using our services, you agree to this policy.
## 1. Service-Based Business Policy
Brakes & Rotors LLC primarily provides automotive labor and vehicle repair services. Because labor, diagnostics, travel, scheduling, and installation time cannot be recovered once performed, refunds are limited.
We stand behind our workmanship and will work with customers to review legitimate service concerns.
---
## 2. Labor & Service Charges
Labor charges become non-refundable once work begins.
This includes but is not limited to:
* Brake pad installation
* Rotor replacement
* Brake system inspections
* Brake flush services
* Brake diagnostics
* Caliper-related services
* Travel/service call time
* Vehicle inspection and testing
If service cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control (incorrect parts supplied, inaccessible vehicle, safety concerns, etc.), charges may apply for labor already performed.
---
## 3. Parts & Installed Components
Parts purchased through Brakes & Rotors LLC may only qualify for return if ALL of the following apply:
* Part has not been installed
* Part remains unused
* Original packaging is intact
* Return is requested within 14 calendar days
* Supplier approval is granted (if applicable)
Installed parts are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Special order, custom order, electrical, opened fluid products, and supplier-restricted parts may not qualify for return and may be subject to restocking fees.
---
## 4. Customer-Supplied Parts
If a customer provides their own parts:
* Brakes & Rotors LLC does not warranty customer-supplied parts
* Labor remains non-refundable after installation
* Customer is responsible for fitment and compatibility
* Additional labor charges may apply if replacement or reinstallation is required
---
## 5. Diagnostic & Inspection Fees
Diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable.
These services cover technician time, testing procedures, and professional evaluation regardless of whether repairs are completed.
---
## 6. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with at least **24 hours notice**.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, technician dispatches, or on-site arrivals may result in:
* Cancellation fees
* Service call fees
* Deposit forfeiture (if collected)
---
## 7. Deposits
Deposits collected for appointments, special-order parts, or reserved scheduling blocks become non-refundable once:
* Parts are ordered
* Technician scheduling is finalized
* Service preparation has begun
Approved exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case.
---
## 8. Workmanship Concerns
If you believe there is an issue related to our workmanship, contact us within **7 calendar days** of service completion.
We may inspect the vehicle and, if the concern is determined to be related to our installation or service, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
Warranty decisions remain subject to inspection findings.
---
## 9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
* Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions
* Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable processing fees, supplier fees, or completed labor.
